Love is blind Contestant Andrew Liu reacted to this famously confusing confessional scene in which Liu used eye drops.
In the fourth episode of season 3 of Love is blind, Liu asked the producers behind the camera if they were “rolling” before saying, “Oh wait. Be careful if I [put in eye drops]?”
Liu then put on eye drops and then discussed how he felt about being dumped after Nancy Rodriguez rejected his marriage proposal in favor of Bartise Bowden.
“It’s just too much. He didn’t feel well, to be completely honest. I guess I feel satisfied to have been there. Yeah, man, it hurts,” Liu said. Then, after applying another round of eye drops, Liu said, “I never thought I could deal with someone who would make you cry.”

This led fans of the show to believe that Liu was faking her emotions and using the eye drops to pretend to cry for the cameras and gain sympathy from fans. It didn’t go particularly well, but Liu insisted that her emotions were genuine.
Now, however, Liu has addressed the incident himself. On Friday, October 21, Liu shared the clip of the scene to Netflix on her Instagram Stories and wrote, “I could have at least deleted the button, guys.”
Liu then shared several memes mocking the eye drops scene and commented, “I can’t confirm or deny because of my contract. What a pity.”

While Liu hasn’t found love with Rodriguez, Rodriguez and Bowden seem to be fine. Fans will have to wait for the next batch of episodes, though, to find out if they made it together. One batch will drop on October 26, while another will drop on November 2, and the finale will air on November 9.
Love is blind returned to Netflix for Season 3 on October 19.
